21. player. 55.
The Pittsburgh Steelers narrowly made it into the playoffs with the help of the Buffalo Bills. I for one am happy to see them in as the wild card team, as they played well despite the massive injuries they suffered early. With one of the best offenses in the league, Pittsburgh should be an interesting team to watch next week when they face A.J. McCarron and the Cincinnati Bengals on the road.

While the Steelers offense is filled with stars such as Antonio Brown and Ben Roethlisberger, the defense still needs some work. Their current players on defense are either aging or not good enough to be starting. With the 21st overall pick, the Steelers get the nation’s number two interception catcher in Iowa’s Desmond King. While not high on draft boards to start the season, King jumped out early and became a ball hawking corner for the Hawkeyes in their run towards a major bowl game appearance. Aside from the ball skills and instincts needed in a defensive back like Kings, the young Hawkeye is a fluid runner with good hip work and average speed. A certain star for the Steelers as they rebuild their secondary with young talent.

Previous Pick: Andrew Billings, DT
. Cornerback. Iowa. Desmond King
