1. New York Giants

The New York Giants are finally looking for a new head coach after Tom Coughlin stepped down after 12 years in New York. Coughlin won two Super Bowls and his legacy will create big shoes to fill for the next head coach of the Giants.

That means the Giants are going to have to get a name to energize the team as they go in a different direction from Coughlin. With the talent on the roster in place, New York the most appealing job that is currently available. The team already has a quarterback in Eli Manning, making the job of a new head coach infinitely easier. They also have Odell Beckham Jr., who is already one of the best wide receivers in the league.

If they can work on addressing the offensive line and the defensive side of the football, the Giants could compete for the NFC East and potentially more. There were plenty of instances this season where the Giants blew leads late in the game, which showed that they were plays away from being a good team.

A new head coach can turn them from being a few plays away to being that team that can win the close ones. Of all the jobs available, this one offers the quickest turnaround and most potential. This is going to be the job that potential head coach candidates are going to want.
