High Value C

Jeff Withey-Utah Jazz (5,100): If you’re looking to go cheap at center tonight, Withey is a good play again for Utah as he steps into a bigger role with their injuries up front.  Last night, he had 25.75 fantasy points in just 24 minutes against the Spurs since his time was limited due to the Jazz getting blown out.  He had eight points and 11 rebounds on Monday against Houston on his way to 33.25 fantasy points. He has at least 30 fantasy points in four of his last six games, and he is the best bet to return value for the money at center tonight.  ∗∗

Roy Hibbert-Los Angeles Lakers (3,900): There aren’t any great cheap center options behind Withey, but if you dive into the high-risk group, Hibbert is the option that has the most upside since he gets minutes and can flat some game.  He had 31 fantasy points just two games ago against the Suns but his shot is so inconsistent that he’s really hard to count on for much. He will probably play lots of minutes against the Kings since they’ll need him on Boogie, but it’s hard to say what you’ll get from Roy even though he’s the best play of a bad lot of cheap centers.
