High Salary C

Anze Kopitar – Los Angeles Kings ($7,100): Kopitar has rebounded from a slow start with 30 points in 39 games this season. He has 12 points in his last ten games and currently has a six game point streak. Look for him to take advantage of a Maple Leafs team that just played last night. He averages 3.1 fantasy hockey points per game.

Kyle Turris – Ottawa Senators ($7,200): Turris has 29 points in 40 games this season. He has just one goal and five points in his last ten games. However, he has had a lot of success against the Panthers in his career with 15 points in 18 games against them. Turris is too good to stay in his current slump for much longer. He has 26 shots on goal during his last ten games. If he keeps shooting like that, he should get rewarded on the scoresheet. He averages 2.9 fantasy points per game .

Henrik Zetterberg – Detroit Red Wings ($7,800): Zetterberg has been quietly efficient this season with 29 points in 40 games. He goes against the Sharks tonight. He has scored 36 points in 41 career games against them. He has just five points in his last ten games but look for him to perform well against a team who he loves to play against. He averages 2.9 fantasy hockey points per game.

High Value C

Evgeny Kuznetsov – Washington Capitals ($6,300): Kuznetsov has three multi-point outings in his last four games and four in his last ten games. Kuznetsov is the Caps leading scorer with 37 points in 39 games played. He has nine points in his last ten games played. He goes against the Islanders tonight. I can’t imagine Halak is looking forward to facing Kuznetsov with his stick handling skills. He averages 3.8 fantasy points per game.

Marcus Johansson – Washington Capitals ($5,600): Johansson has recently moved to third line center with Jay Beagle out. He has thrived in that role. He has been efficient this season with 25 points in 38 games. He has 10 points in his last ten games and has finally been getting the puck luck that he had been lacking earlier. He averages 2.8 fantasy hockey points per game.
