Marco Belinelli

The Sacramento Kings are one of the highest-scoring teams in the NBA with their talented trio of Rajon Rondo, Rudy Gay, and DeMarcus Cousins, but they have also had players like Omri Casspi become great players to add for fantasy basketball owners. With Casspi dealing with a back injury, the Kings have seen an increase in shots for another veteran player coming off of their bench.

The ineffective play of starting shooting guard Ben McLemore has resulted in Marco Belinelli getting more minutes in the high scoring offense, and he has done his part as the great shooter that he is.

In the last five games, Belinelli has averaged 17.0 points, 3.2 assists, 1.2 assists, and 1.2 assists per game. Belinelli isn’t going to get many rebounds or assists for the Kings with the stars around him, but he is showing an ability to be a supporting scorer for Sacramento. Belinelli is averaging 2.2 three-pointers made per game in his last five games.

If you are in need for some scoring and three-pointers this weekend, Belinelli can certainly help in those categories. The Kings only play one game this weekend against the Golden State Warriors, and with a face pace expected, Belinelli could thrive.
