Texans quarterback Brian Hoyer committed five turnovers against the Chiefs and Twitter did not go easy on him.

Houston Texans quarterback Brian Hoyer put together one of the worst playoff performances of all time against the Kansas City Chiefs on Saturday, and everyone on Twitter was absolutely brutal with their feelings about Hoyer.

Hoyer had four first-half turnovers and another turnover in the second-half, which gave him five total for the day. Just how bad was he? He threw four interceptions and fumbled a ball when he wasn’t even hit.

With such poor play on the field, Twitter made some savage remarks about Hoyer.

"Hoyer still concussed y'all he don't even know he threw 4 ints"

"Gruden keeps going "Oh Boy!" after almost every one of Hoyer's throws"

It’s not a good day to be Hoyer and it’s not a good day to be a Texans fan. At this point, it’s probably a safe bet that the Texans will go into the offseason looking for their quarterback of the future in the draft, because it’s clear that Hoyer isn’t the guy for the Texans.

Even worse is that a performance like the one had today, came on national television with everyone around the world watching his epic meltdown at the quarterback spot.

The last time the Chiefs won a playoff game was in Houston, and they ended their drought in Houston 21 years later. Hoyer played a big part in helping that drought end.
