High Salary C

Steven Stamkos-Tampa Lightning ($7,600): Stamkos is on a three-game point streak and has goals in two-straight. He will look to extend it tonight in a favorable matchup with Vancouver. He’s up to 18 goals and 13 assists on the season and has earned fantasy owners an average of 3.6 fantasy points a game. Stamkos is still a quality fantasy center and deserves a spot in your lineup tonight.

Jeff Carter-LA Kings ($6,100): Carter missed three games with an injury but wasted no time in showing that he is fully recovered. He scored a goal in his first game back on Thursday and earned 4.5 fantasy points for his owners. Carter is having a fantastic season with 12 goals and 17 assists in 35 games. Carter’s price is lower than it has been all year so take advantage.

High Value C

Alex Galchenyuk-Montreal Canadiens ($4,500): Galchenyuk has been on a tear lately for the Canadiens with six points in his last eight games. The youngster has 27 points for the year and has averaged 2.8 fantasy points a game. Pittsburgh is ranked sixth against opposing centers, making it very likely that Galchenyuk will not have a low ownership number. If you need to save cap space take a look at Galchenyuk.

Martin Hanzal-Arizona Coyotes ($4,100): Hanzal has had a great season for the Coyotes with 20 points in 27 games. He missed several games due to injury but returned in a big way on Thursday with a goal in his first game back. He only received 15 minutes of ice time but should see that gradually increased has he gets healthier. Hanzal is a big reason for Arizona’s offensive success this year and will look to keep rolling against Nashville.

Sean Couturier-Philadelphia Flyers ($3,800): Couturier has 18 points this season and has started to really heat up for the Flyers. He’s riding a two-game goals streak and has six points over his last five games. He isn’t a big name in fantasy hockey but is on pace to set career highs in offensive output and carries a great price tag. Take Couturier as a great value pick at center today.
