He boasts the intelligence to read plays as they develop, and boasts the athleticism to react accordingly. North-South, East-West, run stopping, pass coverage and all points in between, Ragland can do it. He has a nose for the ball and is the type of player whom you see on every play – whether he was first to the ball or cleaning up.</p> <p>Moreover, Ragland is coming from a program and college coach who has made his nut on producing NFL-caliber linebackers.
