High Value SF

Nikola Mirotic-Chicago Bulls (5,500): It will be fascinating to see how the small ball attack of the Wizards matches up against the “jumbo” lineup of the Bulls with Mirotic at the small forward spot.  No team in the NBA has given up more fantasy points to opposing SF than the Wizards, so if Mirotic is able to stay on the floor and play the three-spot he should be set up for success.  He is coming off a great game in Atlanta where he posted 24 points and ten rebounds in 38 minutes.  His 42.5 fantasy points on Saturday in that contest gives him three games in his last eight with 40+ fantasy points and at least 23 fantasy points in five straight. Joakim Noah could be on the verge of returning which could upset the whole Chicago rotation, but even if he’s active tonight my guess is that his time and his impact would be limited giving Mirotic another game of extended run.

Jared Dudley-Washington Wizards (4,200): Dudley is the best cheap option that I’d go with at SF although he usually flexs over to a stretch-PF for the Wizards.  He has at least 25 fantasy points in two of his last three games and there of his last six. On Saturday, he played a massive 38 minutes and scored 16 points to go with four assists and three rebounds.  With all of Washington’s injuries up front, Dudley should keep seeing plenty of playing time which is why he’s the best option at SF under 5K for tonight.
