5. Bruce Arians

Bruce Arians is quickly becoming the greatest thing to ever happen to the Arizona Cardinals. When it comes down to it, the two sides were a perfect match for each other. The once downtrodden franchise that was starting to have some moments of success needed someone who could come in and show them that they can be successful every season.

He believes every word that comes out of his mouth and his players hang onto his words just as much as he does. With a strong sense of belief, the Cardinals have become a team that believes they can and should win the Super Bowl every single season.

In just three seasons, the Cardinals have won 34 games under Bruce Arians and are making their second consecutive trip to the postseason under him.

If anyone is wondering just how strong the power of belief that Arians has instilled in the locker room in Arizona is, just remember that he took a team led by Ryan Lindley and Kerwynn Williams on offense into the playoffs and had them believing they could win.

They were eliminated off the bat, but it was that adversity that manifested itself into something special with the fairly healthy team that they have had in 2015.

For a team to succeed in the NFL –or any sport– they need a strong leader at the helm to carry them when things seem most bleak. Bruce Arians has been that man on the sidelines since day one for the Cardinals.

If they’re going to win the Super Bowl, they’re going to have the ultimate general leading them on the sidelines.
