High Salary PG

Russell Westbrook-Oklahoma City Thunder (10,700): Westbrook and the Thunder lost his duel with Damian Lillard on Sunday night, but Westbrook’s final numbers were impressive as he finished with 25 points, 15 assists, there steals, and nine rebounds for a solid 65.25 fantasy points. Westbrook now has at least 50 fantasy points in six of his last nine games and over 60 fantasy points in each of his last two games although he has narrowly missed a triple-double in both contests.  Even with Kevin Durant playing, Westbrook is putting up crazy fantasy numbers, and he’ll look to keep that going tonight against the T-Wolves who allow the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing PG. ∗∗

Isaiah Thomas-Boston Celtics (7,800): The Celtics recent struggles haven’t slowed down IT2 who has at least 35 fantasy points in six of his last seven games. He exploded for 53.75 fantasy points on Sunday in Memphis on 35 points and eight assists.  He and the Celtics continue their road trip in New York tonight where he’ll face the Knicks who he had 21 points, eight rebounds, and six assists when the teams met for the first time this season.  The Boston offense is struggling right now, but Thomas is the one reliable contributor and the centerpiece of their attack. ∗∗

Michael Carter-Williams-Milwaukee Bucks (7,500): MCW had been rolling along before a rough game on Sunday against the Knicks when he was benched early and only had 20 fantasy points.  Before that, he had posted six straight games with at least 30 fantasy points including a game against tonight’s opponent, the Bulls.  Carter-Williams scored 20 points last Tuesday against the Bulls while adding 12 assists to get to 46.75 fantasy points. While he may not be able to match that production, he should be able to bounce back from Sunday’s downer with a solid game that will make him worth his 7,500 price. ∗∗
