High Value PG

Jordan Clarkson-Los Angeles Lakers (5,900): Clarkson has been a consistent fantasy producer for the Lakers lately with at least 245fantasy points in each of his last eight games.  He has scored double-digits in each of his last seven games and chips in solid rebounds, assists, and steals on most night.  Clarkson and the Lakers host the Pelicans who have allowed the tenth-most fantasy points to opposing PG which sets him up for a strong late game. ∗∗

Mario Chalmers-Memphis Grizzlies (5,900): Chalmers isn’t a bargain like he was last week, but he’s still worth a look at almost 6K if Mike Conley is out again tonight (questionable at this point).  Chalmers had 32.25 fantasy points on Sunday against the Celtics in his third straight start for the ailing Conley.  In each of his three starts he has at least 20 fantasy points, but his high came against the Thunder in his first start when he went off for 23 points, nine assists, and eight rebounds for 52 fantasy points. He and the Grizzlies face the Rockets tonight, so he’ll need to help Memphis gets some points if they want to keep up with the up-tempo Rockets.  As long as Conley is out-∗∗

George Hill-Indiana Pacers (5,200): The Pacers are in a good early matchup against the Suns who travel to Indy as they continue to try and figure out their rotation after the loss of Eric Bledsoe.  Phoenix has allowed the second-most fantasy points to opposing PG which sets up George Hill for a good game.  Hill has at least 24 fantasy points in five of his last six games, and is always a threat to heat up if he gets his shot going from outside. While I don’t think he has an ultra-high ceiling, I do think he’s a very solid play at this price.  ∗∗

Patrick Beverley-Houston Rockets (4,500): On the other side of the Memphis-Houston matchup, Beverley is a good play as well since Ty Lawson is still serving his suspension.  On Sunday, Beverley picked up a nice 35.75 fantasy points against the Pacers on 16 points, six assists, five boards, and two steals. He has at least 27 fantasy points in three of his last five games, and represents a solid low-risk value at PG tonight as one of the cheaper starters on the board.

Ronnie Price-Phoenix Suns (3,300): If you have to go ultra-cheap at one of your PG spots, check out Price who had been picking up some time in the Phoenix backcourt before a foot injury forced him to miss Friday’s game against Miami.  Before that, Price had 20 or more fantasy points in three straight games.  He can contribute in multiple categories when he’s on the floor and was getting 20+ minutes prior to his injury. If he returns tonight, he’s the best sub 4K play tonight. If active–∗∗∗ UPDATE: PRICE HAS BEEN RULED OUT FOR TONIGHT’S GAME AND SHOULD BE OUT OF ALL LINEUPS.
