High Salary SG

Jimmy Butler-Chicago Bulls (8,400): Butler just made it to 40 fantasy points last night against  the Wizards on 19 points, seven assists, four rebounds, and three steals.  That output kept alive his streak of seven straight games with at least 40 fantasy points. One of the teams who has been a victim to Butler’s recent run of success is tonight’s opponent the Bucks.  When the two teams met a week ago, Butler had 32 points and ten boards on his way to 53 fantasy points. So far this month, Butler is averaging 27 points, 6.7 assists, 4.5 rebounds, and 1.3 steals. He’s taking his game to another level and carrying the Bulls with him. Chicago lost last night at home to the Wizards, and they’ll be looking to bounce back as they head to the Bradley Center in Milwaukee to take on the Bucks.

Tyreke Evans-New Orleans Pelicans (8,100): Evans has been playing well for the Pelicans with 27 and 26 points in his last two games and enough non-scoring stats to get to 50.75 and 47.75 fantasy points. He has at least 36 fantasy points in four straight games and seven of of his last nine.  When you put together his current form with a matchup against the Lakers tonight who allow the most fantasy points to opposing PG by a wide margin, Evans quickly becomes one of the best plays of the night. Evans usually starts at the point, but he can slide to SG too which is why he’s here on DraftKings. He will have plenty of shots if Anthony Davis is out or limited, so he will be in an even better spot if “The Brow” is sidelined. With Davis-∗ No Davis-∗∗∗∗∗

Khris Middleton-Milwaukee Bucks (6,800): Middleton had a weird line against the Knicks on Sunday scoring 20 points but adding just one assist and one rebound.  Normally, Middleton adds better non-scoring stats, and he’ll look to bounce back from just 23.75 fantasy points as he takes on the Bulls tonight. Last week against Chicago, Middleton had 26 points, seven assists, and four boards on his way to 45 fantasy points. He has at least 37 fantasy points in four of his last seven games, and he should be in a place to produce a nice filled-out stat line tonight at home against the Bulls.

Lou Williams-Los Angeles Lakers (6,400): The Lakers have been getting great play from veteran guard Lou Williams who poured in 44 points on Friday against Oklahoma City and followed that with a much more balanced line of 18 points, eight rebounds, and six assists on Sunday against the Jazz.  In those two losses, Williams has posted 54 fantasy points and 38.5 fantasy points and now has at least 37 fantasy points in four of his six games this month.  The Pelicans are tied for the most fantasy points allowed to opposing SG, so it looks like Williams should be able to keep his production rolling tonight in the late game against New Orleans. ∗∗∗∗

Monta Ellis-Indiana Pacers (6,300): Ellis had 11 points and 13 assists against the Rockets on Sunday to get to 34 fantasy points for the third time in his last four games and the fifth time in his last ten.  Ellis played a huge 39 minutes in that overtime game and has now played at least 33 minutes in ten straight games.  He should continue to get plenty of run in a good matchup tonight against the Suns who have allowed the fourth-most fantasy points in the NBA to opposing SG in their last five games and the ninth-most fantasy points to opposing SG this season. As long as the game doesn’t turn into a blow out too early, Ellis is a great option at just 6,300 tonight. ∗∗
