Some players on the Rams are looking forward to the move to Los Angeles for next season.

Earlier Tuesday evening news broke of the Rams moving from St. Louis, MO. to Los Angeles, CA for the upcoming NFL season. They will be returning to the city after leaving before the 1995 season. The Chargers also have the option of moving from San Diego, CA to join the Rams and have until Jan. 2017 to decide.

The Rams will be playing in the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, which USC uses, before moving into a stadium in Inglewood, CA, in 2019.

The news of the Rams moving was seemingly coming for a while with owner Stan Kroenke calling for the move from St. Louis. It will effect players, coaches and the fans who supported the team for over twenty years.

Rams players had to of been following along with this story throughout the day since it’s all about their future. A few of the players from the team took to Twitter to talk about the LA relocation and appear to be excited for the change.

Defensive lineman Robert Quinn and linebacker Akeem Ayers are looking forward to this.

Linebacker James Laurinaitis left a long message for fans.

It will be interesting to see if the move is universally loved by the Rams over the next few days. Players and coaches could choose to leave while others will flock to play in one of the country’s biggest cities.

If that’s the case, the news for this is nowhere near over.
