High Salary PF

DeMarcus Cousins-Sacramento Kings (10,500): Even with all the fabulous point guards and KD in action, Cousins is the superstar I like the most for tonight’s game based mostly on matchup and his recent production. Cousins has at least 54 fantasy points in four straight games for Sacramento, and he should be well rested since the Kings haven’t played since Saturday when he had 33 points, ten boards, and three steals against the Warriors.  He has at least 29 points and ten rebounds in each of his last four games and even his “down” games usually end up around 20 and ten. Cousins is also in a great matchup against the Pelicans who have been among the leagues worst teams at defending opposing big men. Cousins should shred them tonight as they play their second game in a row, so build your lineup around Boogie for tonight’s game even though he costs over 10K.

Paul Millsap-Atlanta Hawks (8,300): Millsap has scored at least 18 points in eight straight games for the Hawks and is a reliable contributor of non-scoring numbers as well.  He has averaged 3.8 assists, 8.6 rebounds, and 2.2 steals over his last five games and added a massive six blocks against the Bulls on Saturday.  He has had good games against tonight’s opponent the Hornets this season as well averaging 17 points, eight rebounds, five assists, and two blocks.  Millsap has at least 45 fantasy points in five of his last eight contests and is coming off of 47.5 fantasy points on Saturday against the Bulls.  The Hornets allow the ninth-most fantasy points to opposing PF, so Millsap is a interesting pick with upside if he can continue his balanced multi-category production.

Chris Bosh-Miami Heat (7,900): Aside from a weird down game in Phoenix, Bosh has been rolling along lately with at least 35 fantasy points in five of his last six games.  He had a double-double on Monday against the Warriors with 15 points and 12 rebounds.  He is a pretty safe play again tonight against the Clippers whether he plays PF along side Hassan Whiteside or slides to the center spot and takes on DeAndre Jordan.  Bosh’s rebounds tend to be higher when playing the five, but he has been scoring at a high enough level lately that either way he’s an option for your fantasy team.

Krisptas Porzingis-New York Knicks (7,000): Porzingis dropped 26 points on the Celtics last night in just 27 minutes while adding six rebounds, two assists, two blocks, and two steals for a very solid 46 fantasy points. Tonight against the Nets, he may have to carry the offensive load if Carmelo Anthony is out, but either way he should find plenty of opportunities to produce against a Nets front court that was been struggling defensively. Porzingis has at least 35 fantasy points in four of his last five games with two 45-fantasy-point performances in his last three.
