High Salary W

Johnny Gaudreau-Calgary Flames ($6,900): On a night where the pickings are thing, Gaudreau is the most expensive winger available. He faces a tough test against Florida but has been good in his last two games with a goal on January 7 and two assists on January 11. He is usually on the ice for over 20 minutes per game and is averaging over a point-per-game with 42 points though 41 games. Gaudreau makes for a decent fantasy play tonight.

Corey Perry-Anaheim Ducks ($6,800): Perry has been playing very well lately and is currently riding a two-game goal streak. He’s up to 16 goals and 27 points on the season and has recorded points in six of his last nine games. Tonight he’ll go up against Ottawa. The Senators have not been strong against right wingers this season, setting up Perry for a solid night.

High Value W

Matt Read-Philadelphia Flyers ($3,700): Read hasn’t been a big source of fantasy points this season, as he’s averaging just 2.2 fantasy points a game. He has however been streaky. In the middle of December he had a three-game point streak but then had just one point in five games. He could be heating up again thanks to a three-point game his last time out. Read makes for a good sleeper tonight.

Milan Michalek-Ottawa Senators ($3,400): Michalek missed 16 games with an injury but made his return on January 7. He came back in a big way with a point in each of his first two games. He was shut out in his most recent game but makes for a good value pick while his price is very low. He should start to round back into form soon so go ahead and take a chance tonight.
