High Salary G

Craig Anderson-Ottawa Senators ($7,600): Anderson had a strong showing during his last outing on Saturday, making 33 saves in a win over Boston. That game was his second start in-a-row so he was given off on Sunday in Washington. Anderson is not the confirmed starter for the Senators tonight but Andrew Hammond left the team earlier in the week to deal with a personal issue. Should Anderson be in net, he makes for a solid target against Anaheim. The Ducks are the lowest-scoring team in the league, setting Anderson up to be a good play tonight.

High Value G

James Reimer-Toronto Maple Leafs ($6,500): Reimer has only been back for one start since his latest stint on IR. He struggled in a loss to Los Angeles on January 7 and then sat the bench on January 9. Tonight he’ll draw a good matchup with a Columbus team that has struggled to score. Taking Reimer is definitely a risk, but it will pay off if he can quickly return to the form he’s been in the past.

Steve Mason-Philadelphia Flyers ($7,100): Mason plays on one of the worst teams in the league in Philadelphia but the Flyers have actually been playing better as of late with wins in the last three games. Mason has gotten credit for two of those wins with strong showings against Minnesota and New York with the win against the Islanders being a shutout. Boston will be a tough matchup tonight but he will likely have a low ownership percentage, making him a fine sleeper play tonight.
