High Value SF

Harrison Barnes-Golden State Warriors (4,900): Barnes has been back from his ankle injury for the Warriors’ last five games although he has been playing limited minutes coming off the bench.  He had his heaviest workload yet with 27 minutes on Monday against Miami, and he finished with 21.7 fantasy points on 12 points and six boards.  Tonight, he could see his usage go up a bit if Draymond Green does sit out as expected.  Against the Nuggets, Barnes should find space to operate making him worth a look even though he still isn’t at 100% of his normal workload. With Green-∗ Without Green-∗∗∗

Luol Deng-Miami Heat (4,400): Deng played a small-ball power forward for the Heat on Monday against the Warriors and ended up with a solid double-double as a result finishing with 14 points and ten boards for 27 fantasy points. He has at least 27 fantasy points in two of this last three games on Miami’s road trip and should be able to contribute again tonight against the Clippers.  If the Heat are again without Hassan Whiteside (questionable), they’ll likely use Deng eat the four again which will make him an even more valuable play. With Whiteside-∗ Without Whiteside-

Shabazz Muhammad-Minnesota Timberwolves (3,800): Muhammad came through for my FanDuel Daily picks last night against the Thunder scoring 20 points in 34 minutes and finishing with a total of 26.3 fantasy points. He has at least 20 fantasy points in six of his last seven games, and he’s in a great matchup tonight against Houston who allows the second-most fantasy points in the NBA to opposing SF. He’s finally getting more playing time, and he has huge upside as long as he’s getting enough attention in Minnesota’s rotation.
