High Value SG

Arron Afflalo-New York Knicks (5,200): Afflalo could be the Knicks best scoring option tonight with both Carmelo Anthony and Kristaps Porzingis questionable.  Afflalo has been playing well lately scoring at least 18 points in four of his last seven games.  In each of those four games, he has at least 25 fantasy points. His value tonight depends on the status of the other Knicks, but you have to be aware of his upside if his teammates leave much of the heavy-lifting to him. With Porzingis and Melo-, with one of Porizgis or Melo-, with no Porzingis AND no Melo-

Avery Bradley-Boston Celtics (5,200): Whether he has to chase around Brad Beal on defense or not, Avery Bradley will see plenty of time on the floor for the Celtics and is a fantasy steal at this point given his potential for production.  Bradley has played at least 38 minutes in all four of his games since returning from a hip injury, and in Boston’s last back-to-back Bradley played 41 minutes in the second game.  Tonight, Boston completes this back-to-back against the Wizards. Bradley had 16 points, three assists, three steals, and a pair of boards the last time these teams met, and he is coming off a similar stat line last night when he finished with 17 points, three assists, two steals, and seven rebounds for a total of 34.25 fantasy points. Look for plenty of Bradley tonight once again setting him up for another solid, well-balanced stat line.

Jamal Crawford-Los Angeles Clippers (4,100): Since his numbers have come down since he returned to the bench, Crawford’s price has plummeted all the way to just over 4K.  He is still a pretty reliable option, though, and has at least 20 fantasy points in six of his last eight games including each of his last three.  He doesn’t usually add much besides scoring but has at least 13 points in five of his last six and double digits in each of his last five.  While his upside is limited coming off the bench behind J.J. Redick and Chris Paul, Crawford is the best cheap play on the board tonight if you have to dig deep into the SG selections.
