High Value PF

Cody Zeller-Charlotte Hornets (5,600): Zeller crashed back to earth with just 16 fantasy points last night against New Orleans after a huge game of 52 fantasy points on Wednesday against Atlanta.  There’s a good chance he lands somewhere in between those two extremes tonight as he takes on the Bucks.  Milwaukee’s starters logged huge minutes last night, and they have allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing PF so far this season.  Zeller should bounce back tonight, and I think he’ll be a solid value return.

Amir Johnson-Boston Celtics (5,500): Johnson had just 24.25 fantasy points last night, but that was largely due to the Celtics resting their starters as they cruised past the Suns.  They’ll take on the Wizards tonight who may be without Marcin Gortat, but either way look for Johnson to pick up where he left off before last night when he was tearing up the league.  He had 14 points, 18 rebounds, and six assists on Wednesday for 50.5 fantasy points and has at least 24 fantasy points in seven of his lsat eight contests.  He’s a reliable pick right now as he plays a key role in the C’s starting lineup.

Jabari Parker-Milwaukee Bucks (5,000): On the other side of that Bucks-Hornets matchup, Jabari Parker is coming off his first double-double of the season after securing ten rebounds to go with ten points last night against the Hawks.  His 30 fantasy points gave him four straight games with at least 25 fantasy points.  All the Bucks are somewhat risky given their big minutes last night (37 for Parker), but they’re also in a good matchup and have been playing well. As long as fatigue doesn’t waylay them tonight, Parker is another good Milwaukee matchup.

Trey Lyles-Utah Jazz (4,500): Lyles will get another start tonight with Derrick Favors out again.  He is coming off a career-high 19 points on Thursday against the Kings when he reached 29.75 fantasy points.  He has at least 19 fantasy points in four of his last five games, and he should be a great play at such a low price tonight against the Lakers.

Nene Hilario-Washington Wizards (4,400): Nene continues to succeed while filling in for Marcin Gortat who is questionable for tonight. Nene has at least 20 fantasy points in each of his last three games after finishing with eight points and eight boards last night against the Pacers. With Gortat-∗ No Gortat-

Ed Davis-Portland Trail Blazers (4,000): Davis has at least nine boards in four of his last five games and has two double-doubles during that time.  Last night was one of those double-doubles as he finished with 14 points and ten rebounds in 24 minutes for a total of 33 fantasy points. Davis has at least 24 fantasy points in four of his last seven games, but he’s risky due to his fluctuating role coming off the Portland bench. ∗∗
