High Value PF

Ryan Anderson-New Orleans Pelicans (5,800): Anderson has been a productive part of the Pelicans attack even when Anthony Davis has been healthy lately and has scored last least 14 points in eight of his last nine games.  Anderson had 32 points and eight rebounds against Charlotte last Friday for a massive 41.6 fantasy points, and he’ll hope to get something similar tonight against the Timberwolves.  He came back to earth against Memphis yesterday with 14 points and four boards for 20.8 fantasy points, but he still played 27 minutes so the opportunities are definitely there for Anderson to produce right now.

Darrell Arthur-Denver Nuggets (4,300): Arthur came off the bench on Sunday but still played 23 minutes and finished with 20 fantasy points on seven points, five rebounds, two assists, and two steals.  He has at least 25 fantasy points in four of his last six games, and he continues to get plenty of opportunity to produce for coach Mike Malone.  As long as Jusuf Nurkic is still out for Denver, Arthur will get  enough time to be a good cheap option tonight.

Myles Turner-Indiana Pacers (4,000): Turner had the best performance of his career on Sunday against Arthur and the Nuggets pouring in 25 points to go with seven rebounds, two assists, and two blocks for an impressive 41.4 fantasy points. He got increased playing time in part due to an injury to Ian Mahinmi. Mahinmi’s status for today’s game is still unclear, but Turner definitely got the Pacers and coach Frank Vogel’s attention with his monster game against the Nuggets and could be lined up for some extra playing time going forward.  He’s still risky due to his undefined role, but if Mahinmi is out Turner should get a good opportunity again tonight against a good matchup in Phoenix. With Mahinmi-∗ No Mahinmi-∗

John Henson-Milwaukee Bucks (3,900): I’ve long been a Henson fan, but he just doesn’t get consistent enough playing time to count on him on a nightly basis.  He has put up at least 22 fantasy points in four of his last six games, but his high-risk factor is easy to see by looking at the other two games during that stretch when he put up just 4.4 and 3.2 fantasy points. Tonight, the Bucks would appear to need his size down low against Bosh and Whiteside, so I am rolling the dice on Henson tonight even though he is still a high-risk play.
