High Value PF

Jabari Parker-Milwaukee Bucks (5,100): Parker had a rough game in Miami scoring just nine points and 15.9 fantasy points in 36 minutes and snapping a string of five games with at least 22 fantasy points.  He should be set up to bounce back in a big way tonight against Houston who is the worst team in the NBA at limiting opposing PF.  Look for him to bounce back with a solid stat line tonight although he doesn’t usually go off for huge numbers.

Clint Capela-Houston Rockets (4,800): With Dwight Howard already ruled out for tonight’s contest, Capela will start for the Rockets against the Bucks.  When he has been able to start at center, Capela is usually good for a double-double and can throw in some blocks and steals to get to around 30 fantasy points. His expanded role tonight makes him a nice, low-risk play.

Frank Kaminsky-Charlotte Hornets (4,500): With Cody Zeller already ruled out for tonight and Kaminsky’s fantasy stock soaring, tonight’s matchup against Orlando should be a huge one for Frank the Tank.  He played 31 minutes against the Thunder on Wednesday and had 15 points, six rebounds, and four assist for a total of 30.2 fantasy points, but that didn’t come out of nowhere since he has at least 20 fantasy points now in each of his last six contests.  He’ll get all the playing time he can handle tonight against the Magic, and I expect him to put up another nice stat line.

Myles Turner-Indiana Pacers (4,200): Tonight’s matchup against the Warriors could be a bad one for Turner, but you have to acknowledge how great the rookie has been playing lately.  He played 29 minutes in Denver on Sunday and went off for 25 points, seven rebounds, and 41.4 fantasy points. Even though Ian Mahinmi returned on Tuesday, Turner still played 31 minutes against Phoenix and had 15 points, four boards, and four blocks for 26.8 fantasy points. He is the kind of athletic big man that could work for a while against the Warriors, but it’s hard to tell how much time he’ll get or if he’ll be effective in the run-and-gun shootout in Oakland tonight.

Charlie Villanueva-Dallas Mavericks (3,700): I was one of the owners that got sucked into playing Dwight Powell on Wednesday when Dirk was out only to see veteran Charlie Villanueva play all his minutes.  He finished with 14 points, six rebounds, and a solid 25.7 fantasy points. If Dirk is out again tonight, Villanueva is a solid option, but leave him off your roster if Dirk returns.  Dirk in-no stars. Dirk out-
