LB. Alabama. Reggie Ragland. 13. player. 54.
The Philadelphia Eagles are turning over a new leaf after the interesting debacle that was their 2015 season. After consecutive 10-win seasons, head coach Chip Kelly took control of their personnel and changed the entire roster. The result was a mismatch of players and system and a 7-9 season.

Kelly is gone, and now the team looks to return to a sense of normalcy with new head coach Doug Pederson now in charge. Offensively they have some good parts and can probably work with the people they have now that there is a more traditional style of offense on the way.

Defensively the cupboard isn’t bare either, but there’s a hole at the inside linebacker spot and Reggie Ragland out of Alabama would fill that hole nicely. A three-year starter and the SEC Defensive Player of the Year, the 250-pound Ragland is the best inside linebacker in the draft according to many and has plenty of experience in a pro style system run by Alabama head coach Nick Saban.

His presence in the middle for Philly would help shore up the worst run defense in the league that gave up nearly 135 yards rushing per game in 2015.
