High Salary C

DeMarcus Cousins-Sacramento Kings (11,200): What is there to say about Boogie? He has been phenomenal so far this calendar year and has taken it to a new level in the last few games looking like one of the five best players in the NBA.  Last night, he had an NBA season-high 56 points while adding 12 boards, four assists, two blocks, and a steal on his way to an incredible 75.4 fantasy points. He has at least 60 fantasy points in three of his last four games and has at least 50 in eight of his last ten.  Cousins fouled out last night after 46 minutes, but he should be ready to roll again tonight against the Blazers.  Can he keep producing at this unreal level? It’ll cost you a lot to find out, but the Blazers have already allowed him a 36-point, six-rebound game earlier this season.  He’s extremely expensive, but he’ll be widely owned give the show he has put on lately and overcoming not owning him could be impossible if he goes off like he did last night.

Brook Lopez-Brooklyn Nets (8,300): He’s no Boogie Cousins, but Brook Lopez will cost you almost 3K less than Cousins and has been able to produce at least 50 fantasy points in two of his last four games.  BroLo had 31 points and ten rebounds against the Thunder on Sunday night for 51 fantasy points and also had 50 fantasy points against the Raptors a week ago yesterday. If Hassan Whiteside is out, he should be able to dominate the Miami fill-ins in the middle making him the best expensive Boogie-alternative. No Whiteside-∗ With Whiteside-

Nikola Vucevic-Orlando Magic (7,800): Vooch has posted five straight double-doubles with at least 33 fantasy points in six of his last seven games. He managed a pretty solid 16 points, 14 rebounds, two blocks, and three assists against the stout Memphis interior defense last nigh and now he’ll face Greg Monroe and the Bucks tonight. He has been better at home than on the road and has played fewer minutes at times on the second night of back-to-backs, so there is definitely risk taking him tonight, but I do like his upside.
