FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy hockey lineup January 26
High Salary LW
Brad Marchand – Boston Bruins ($7,300): Marchand has a reputation of being a pest but he is way more than just a pest. He’s a pest who is really good at hockey. He has a five game goal streak and a six game point streak. He now has 20 goals and 12 assists for 32 points on the season for the Bruins. He goes against the Ducks tonight. He averages four fantasy hockey points per game.
Michael Cammalleri – New Jersey Devils ($7,700): Cammalleri has come back strong from his injury with three assists in his first three games back. He has 14 goals and 24 assists for 38 points in 41 games for the Devils. He goes tonight against the Penguins. He averages 3.8 fantasy hockey points per game.
Filip Forsberg – Nashville Predators ($7,300): Forsberg has 14 goals and 17 assists for 31 points this season for the Predators. He’s been their most consistent offensive weapon. He has four goals and an assist over his last eight games. He has at least three shots on goal in seven of his past nine games. He goes tonight against the Canucks. He averages 2.9 fantasy points per game.
High Value LW
Mike Hoffman – Ottawa Senators ($6,000): Hoffman is on a bit of a cold streak with just four goals and an assist over his last ten games. That has dropped his salary. However, he does have two goals and an assist over his last three games and at least four shots on goal in four of his last six games. He has 22 goals and 17 assists on the season. Look for him to take advantage of a tired Sabres team tonight. He averages 3.7 fantasy hockey points per game.
David Perron – Anaheim Ducks ($4,400): Perron has been a great fit for the Ducks after being traded from the Penguins. He has a goal and two assists in his first three games. He has a hot hand right now, but he is a risky play against the Bruins. At his price, he’s a risk worth taking. He has averaged 4.4 fantasy hockey points per game with the Ducks.
Artemi Panarin – Chicago Blackhawks ($5,800): Panarin has been amazing for the Blackhawks this season. That said, a lot of his value comes from Patrick Kane, who Panarin often shares the ice with. The duo have carried the Hawks this season. He has 17 goals and 29 assists this season. He goes against the Hurricanes tonight. He averages 3.4 fantasy points per game.
