4. Chicago Bears

The Bears are another franchise that will be interested in Josh Norman this offseason. Adding him to play alongside Kyle Fuller would make the Bears secondary a force to be reckoned with in the NFC North.

When you’re forced to play Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packer offense twice, and Megatron two other times, you’d better have a solid pair of cornerbacks. Fuller is one for the Bears, but the other side manned by Tracy Porter could certainly use an upgrade.

The Bears defense really struggled against the pass in 2015, at least in part because of the division they play in. Still, they have to improve their 23rd ranked pass defense if they expect to get back to the playoffs.

Signing Norman would be the most direct path for the Bears to better equip their defense to cope with the pressures of the NFC North. They simply have to get better in the secondary if they’re going to compete with Calvin Johnson and Aaron Rodgers four times every season.
