2. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The NFC South is an underrated offensive division with significant weaponry in the passing game. The Bucs desperately need to add talent in the secondary to cope with those pressures.

Signing Norman would provide Tampa Bay an opportunity to kill two birds with one stone. They could add an All-Pro caliber player to their own team while also dealing a significant blow to their division rivals the Carolina Panthers.

The Buccaneers have 47 million dollars in cap room which gives them more than enough room to sign the big-mouthed defensive back. He’d go a long way to fixing their 26th ranked pass defense as well. Starting the combination of Sterling Moore and Jude Adjei-Barimah isn’t striking fear in any NFL offense.

Norman could serve as the defensive leader to complement Jameis Winston’s role on the offensive side of the ball. Building around two such prodigious talents would give Tampa Bay a real chance to build a playoff team sooner rather than later.
