Al Horford teaches Cole Aldrich a lesson (Video)

Atlanta Hawks center Al Horford taught Los Angeles Clippers center Cole Aldrich a lesson about trying to guard him.

Al Horford is one of the toughest players in the NBA to put a body on. He’s big, physical and not afraid to dish out any lessons in punishment to defenders that try to get in his way.

His latest teachings and knowledge were consumed by the Los Angeles Clippers’ Cole Aldrich. It was a major mistake on the part of Aldrich, as he tried to stop Horford at the rim.

Ever the giving one, Horford gave him a free lesson on trying to guard him, by going up and slamming a dunk right over him. With the blessing of the newfound knowledge, Aldrich could do nothing but soak in the mistake he just made and try to learn from it.

The dunk was so powerful on the play, that there was a look of concern on Horford’s teammates face. They could simply do nothing but watch him pulverize Aldrich in the interior.

Horford’s numbers may not be where they’re normally at this year, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t still a force in the middle. Aldrich found out the hard way about it.
