High Value SG

Rodney Hood-Utah Jazz (5,900): Hood leads a solid group of value options at SG as he and the Jazz host the banged-up Hornets who may be without Nicolas Batum and Jeremy Lamb tonight leaving opportunity for Hood to attack their backups.  Hood has more than 30 fantasy points in two of his last three games and scored 23 points in 34 minutes against the Pistons on Monday in his latest game.  He does have the potential to go off as he showed last week against the Knicks with 46.5 fantasy points, and he’s a solid play tonight if you’re spending in this range.

Devin Booker-Phoenix Suns (5,500): Booker continued his breakout month last night as he has continues to emerge as the Suns go-to option on offense due to the injuries to Brandon Knight, Eric Bledsoe, and Ronnie Price.  Booker has played at least 36 minutes in each of the last four games for the Suns with at least 28 fantasy points in three of those four games.  He can be a potent scorer, and the Suns will give him every chance to be the focal point of their attack tonight in Cleveland.

Archie Goodwin-Phoenix Suns (4,800): Goodwin is a great play again tonight since he continues to be the starting PG for the injury-riddled Suns.  Last night, he had 26 points to go with six rebounds, six assists, and two steals for a huge 45 fantasy points against the Sixers.  He played only 29 minutes so fatigue shouldn’t be too much of a factor tonight as the Suns take on the Cavs.  Goodwin has at least 20 points in three straight games and has finished with 29.75 fantasy points, 33.25 fantasy points, and 45 fantasy points all of which are awesome returns at his price just under 5K.

Dion Waiters-Oklahoma City Thunder (3,900): Waiters will be a low-upside, cheap play for the next few weeks as he starts in place of Andre Roberson who is out at least three weeks with a sprained knee.  Waiters played 43 minutes in his start last night finishing with 14 points and three rebounds for 19.25 fantasy points. He doesn’t have a ton of upside, but its worth noting his bump in playing time and it will be interesting to see if he can carve out a role for himself next to Durant and Westbrook.
