High Value PF

Ryan Anderson-New Orleans Pelicans (5,700): Anderson has over 32 fantasy points in each of his last two games and stepped into a larger role against the Rockets after Anthony Davis left with his injury. With Davis doubtful for tonight, Anderson will probably start and get plenty of minutes against the Kings who allow the seventh-most fantasy points to opposing PF.  Anderson fell just one rebound short of a double-double on Monday, and he’s a good pick if Davis is out as expected.

Derrick Williams-New York Knicks (4,900): Williams is to the point now where he can be considered a solid fantasy option even if Carmelo Anthony does play tonight.  He has back-to-back games with 19 points, double-digit rebounds, and four assists to total 42.8 fantasy points and 39 fantasy points against the Thunder and the Hornets.  Williams has at least 25 fantasy points in five of his last eight games, and he is worth a look tonight with Melo’s uncertain health. No Melo-∗ With Melo-

Willie Cauley-Stein-Sacramento Kings (4,500): Cauley-Stein has at least 20 fantasy points in five straight games and is averaging 10.2 points, 9.8 rebounds, 1.6 blocks, and 1.6 steals over those five contests.  He has reached 30 fantasy points in two of those games including his most recent outing when he had 31.9 fantasy points against the Blazers on 12 points, seven boards, and four blocks. He’s a relatively safe play and should be able to post a good number tonight against the Pelicans injury-depleted and defensively-challenged front court.

Larry Nance Jr.-Los Angeles Lakers (4,000): Nance should return to the starting lineup when he’s healthy after returning from his knee injury and playing 23 minutes on Tuesday.  He only took one shot (and missed) finishing scoreless with seven rebounds.  He has the upside once he gets his job back, but until then he’s risky.
