FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup-January 31
High Salary SG
Dwyane Wade-Miami Heat (7,800): The Heat have enjoyed a very nice run of vintage Wade the last four games. He returned from his shoulder issues and has averaged 25.3 points, 6.0 assists, 4.5 rebounds, 1.8 steals, and 1.5 blocks over those four games. He has at least 44 fantasy points in each of his last three games, and he’ll try to keep that roll going as he takes on the Hawks at home in South Beach tonight. Wade had one good game against the Hawks earlier this season scoring 21 points but couldn’t find his shot in the teams’ second meeting managing just seven points on 3-16 shooting. Given his recent numbers, I don’t think he’ll have that bad of a shooting night tonight, so give him a look if you can afford to spend big at SG. ∗∗∗
Klay Thompson-Golden State Warriors (7,000): Thompson has played exceptionally well in the Warriors last two games picking up some of the slack as Steph Curry has gotten off to slower starts. Thompson had 32 points in 33 minutes last night in Philadelphia after putting up 45 points in 32 minutes against the Mavericks on Wednesday. He has at least 33 fantasy points in three of his last five games highlighted by his 55.5 against Dallas. Tonight against the Knicks, Klay is an affordable option that could go off is his shot from beyond the arc continues to drop with such regularity. ∗∗∗∗
Andrew Wiggins-Minnesota Timberwolves (6,300): Wiggins was awful on Friday against the Jazz only managing five points on 2-11 shooting and looking as exhausted as coach Sam Mitchell made him out to be. Wiggins had just nine fantasy points in that contest but had reeled off nine games of at least 25 fantasy points before that letdown. Look for him to bounce back tonight against the Blazers in Portland. ∗∗
