High Value PF

Jared Sullinger-Boston Celtics (5,700): Any member of the Celtics frontcourt is hard to rely on since the minutes are divided differently every game. Recently, Sullinger has been productive with at least 24 fantasy points in four of his last five games and seven of his last nine.  He had a double-double of 11 points and 11 boards in just 21 minutes against Orlando on Friday, and if he gets good playing time again tonight against the Magic, he could be a great play.  As long as coach Brad Stevens gets him at least 20 minutes, Sullinger is a solid play tonight.

Marvin Williams-Charlotte Hornets (5,400): Williams has had to play a heavy workload with all the frontcourt injuries in Charlotte, but his production has remained uneven.  He scored 20 points on Friday adding nine rebounds to get to 33.8 fantasy points. He has at least 28 fantasy points in five of his last eight games and has alternated games with 30+ fantasy points and games with under 20 fantasy points over his last six contests.  Tonight, he’ll be matched up against the Lakers who allow the tenth-most fantasy points in the NBA to opposing PF making him an option worth considering.

Aaron Gordon-Orlando Magic (4,500): Gordon is another value option to consider from the early game in Orlando.  He finished Friday with 12 points and nine rebounds on his way to 25.8 fantasy points against the Celtics.  He has at least 20 fantasy points in each of his last four games and is now a part of the Magic starting five.  Boston struggled to defend opposing PF, so look for Gordon to post a good line again tonight as the Magic host the second half of the home-and-home with the C’s.

Amar’e Stoudemire-Miami Heat (3,900): Stoudemire has moved into Miami’s starting lineup and been fairly productive while the Heat have been without Hassan Whiteside.  Stoudemire had 25.6 fantasy points on Friday against Milwaukee finishing with 12 points, eight rebounds, and two blocks.  If Whiteside is out again tonight, Stoudemire will likely start against the Hawks making him the best ultra-cheap PF play for the evening. No Whiteside-With Whiteside-no stars
