High Value SG

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope-Detroit Pistons (5,800): KCP has at least 12 points in each of his last nine games and should be able to return solid fantasy points tonight against the Nets who allow the most fantasy points in the NBA to opposing SG. Caldwell-Pope has averaged 13 points, five rebounds, 2.5 assist, and 2.0 steals against Brooklyn in his first two meetings with them this season, and he should be able to post a nice stat-line tonight. He has at least 22 fantasy points in each of his last nine games with over 25 fantasy points in seven of those matchups.

Gary Harris-Denver Nuggets (4,600): The Nuggets continue to give rookie Gary Harris plenty of playing time and he has been putting together some nice games from time to time this season.  He has at least 13 points and at least 23 fantasy points in four of his last five games and is coming off a solid game of 27.25 fantasy points against the Pacers when he scored 18 points to go with three assists, a block, a steal, and a rebound. He is a little risky since he’s a rookie and can disappear at times, but at home against the Raptors he should put together solid enough production to be worth a look at this price point.

Dion Waiters-Oklahoma City Thunder (4,400): Waiters has moved into he starting lineup for the Thunder and has been turning in solid but not spectacular production,  He has scored at least 13 points in four of his last five games but his non-scoring stats are virtually non-existent even when he plays massive minutes.  Waiters is a flier you can take if you don’t trust Ellington, Felton, or Dejean-Jones, and he’ll probably log heavy minutes tonight against Washington. My only hesitancy with Waiters is his lack of production in any category but points.

Raymond Felton-Dallas Mavericks (4,100): Felton had a big game last night against the Suns finishing with ten points, six boards, six assists, and three steals on his way to 32.5 fantasy points. He helped fill in for Dirk Nowitzki who was resting as the Mavs played Chandler Parsons at the PF spot inserting Felton and sliding everyone over.  Felton has at least 14 fantasy points in each of his last five games and has over 22 fantasy points in three of those contests.  He is one of the lowest risk cheap guards out there especially if Devin Harris is out again tonight and Felton picks up some of his minutes.  No Harris-∗ With Harris-

Bryce Jones-New Orleans Pelicans (3,900): Jones made the most of his ten-day contract with the Pelicans and is starting his second short-term deal with the team.  Jones has started each of the last two games for New Orleans and has posted 26.5 fantasy points and 22.75 fantasy points while playing over 35 minutes in each contest. If he starts in place of the ailing Tyreke Evans again tonight, Jones is worth a look as a flier. No Evans-∗ With Evans-no stars

Wayne Ellington-Brooklyn Nets (3,700): Ellington is one of the best ultra-cheap play tonight as will likely start again in the backcourt against the Pistons.  Ellington has at least eight points in each of his last five games and has played over 27 minutes in each of those contests.  He has added enough non-scoring stats to get to over 22 fantasy points in three of his last four games which is enough to make him a good play at under 4K. ∗∗
