High Value PF

Myles Turner-Indiana Pacers (5,200): The 19-year old rookie had a breakout January and is a huge part of the Pacers rotation now as evidenced by his 40 minutes of playing time against Denver on Saturday.  Even though he only scored eight points in that game, he finished with 30.3 fantasy points since he had nine rebounds, four blocks, and three assists.  Turner has at least 24 fantasy points in seven straight games and has produced over 30 fantasy points in four of those seven contests.  He’s still a value at this price tonight as he and the Pacers take on the Cavs. Ian Mahinmi’s status will impact his minutes, but whether Mahinmi is in or out, Turner is still a good option. No Mahinmi-∗ With Mahinmi-

Aaron Gordon-Orlando Magic (4,500): Gordon had a huge game last night against Boston and was one of my best FanDuel daily picks from yesterday.  He finished with 19 points, 14 rebounds, five assists, and two blocks last night totaling a huge 47.3 fantasy points. Gordon has at least 20 fantasy points in each of his last five and is a great value play going forward as long as he stick in the starting rotation for Orlando.  The only down side to Gordon tonight is that he’s in a bad matchup against the Spurs who are excellent defensively at home.

Nene Hilario-Washington Wizards (4,500): The Thunder have plenty of size up front, so I doubt the Wizards will be able to go too small against them tonight in OKC. That should result in plenty of time for Nene who has played at least 25 minutes in four straight games before Saturday’s game where he only played 19 minutes before being ejected along with Dwight Howard.  He has at least 15 fantasy points in each of his last ten games, so the risk of a total dud is minimal, but he has been able to produce at least 25 fantasy points in two of his last five games.  He may or may not start tonight, but my guess is he’ll get plenty of minutes since Jared Dudley will probably struggle to defend Serge Ibaka.  Nene doesn’t have the high upside of Aaron Gordon, but he’s in a better matchup tonight.

Willie Cauley-Stein-Sacramento Kings (4,100): Cauley-Stein has had a roller coaster of a season and he was mostly down in his last two games playing under 20 minutes against bot the Pelicans and the Grizzlies while only managing 10.7 fantasy points and 10 fantasy points after putting up a nice run of at least 28 fantasy points in four of his previous five.  Tonight, he may get a lot more playing time with DeMarcus Cousins questionable, and if he does he’ll be in a good matchup against the Bucks who don’t have a ton of size except for Greg Monroe.  If Cousins is out, look for Cauley-Stein to pick up all the minutes he can handle and end up with a good line tonight against the Bucks.
