High Salary C

Evgeny Kuznetsov-Washington Capitals ($6,500): Kuznetsov has established himself as a legit fantasy star and he’ll look to keep it going in the second half of the season. He’ll enter tonight’s game with a three-game point streak and points in five of the last six games. He’s been on absolute fire and is a must-start in daily fantasy hockey. Kuznetsov draws a tough matchup with Florida tonight, but with eight assists in the last three games, you won’t want to miss out on having him in your lineup. The only problem in drafting Kuznetsov is the fact that he’ll carry a high ownership number due to his price tag still being under $7,000 and the high production that he’s churned out.

Joe Pavelski-San Jose Sharks ($7,900): Pavelski just keeps rolling along this season with 26 goals and 25 assists through the first half. He had a four-game point streak going before the break and will look to keep it going tonight against Anaheim. Pavelski is a proven fantasy producer and always makes for an excellent selection.

Sidney Crosby-Pittsburgh Penguins ($7,400): Remember when Crosby was slumping to start the season? Well, those days are gone. He really turned things on as of late and went into the All-Star break with a seven-game point streak. He’s got 12 points in his last 10 games and gets a very favorable matchup with Ottawa tonight, the 29th-ranked team against centers. You can’t go wrong with Crosby tonight.

High Value C

Ryan Kesler-Anaheim Ducks ($4,800): Kesler has enjoyed a resurgence lately in Anaheim and he’s worked himself back into fantasy relevancy. He’s got a three-game point streak and has three goals in his last two games. With nine points in the last eight games, Kelser is officially hot. Tonight he gets a very favorable matchup with San Jose. The Sharks are ranked 23rd in fantasy points allowed to centers. If his production keeps up you won’t be able to enjoy his low salary for long, but you might as well enjoy it while you can.

Vincent Lecavalier-LA Kings ($3,600): It’s an understatement to say that Lecavalier has really enjoyed his move to Los Angeles. Before coming to the Kings, he played in just seven games and had just one point. Now, 10 games into his time with the Kings, he’s got six points and is working on a two-game point streak. Tonight’s matchup looks great on paper, as the Arizona Coyotes are ranked 22nd against centers. It’s doubtful that Lecavalier will up this torrid pace, but he’s a must-start each night now until he cools down.
