Chris Paul knocks down Andre Miller, drills three (Video)
Los Angeles Clippers point guard Chris Paul knocked down Andre Miller en route to a huge three pointer.
The Los Angeles Clippers and Minnesota Timberwolves engaged in a tremendous battle on ESPN on Wednesday night. The young Timberwolves gave the Clippers quite the fight, but their older players had some struggles on the court.
Veteran guard Andre Miller ended up on the wrong side of a highlight when he tried to guard Clippers point guard Chris Paul. As Miller tried to guard Paul, Paul put the moves that sent Miller right on his back crashing to the floor and Paul furthered the embarrassment with a huge three.
"Man down! https://t.co/MIDIHu1vTB— LA Clippers (@LAClippers) February 4, 2016"
At this point, Miller is getting too old to get abused like this. Miller’s faced his share of great point guards in his tenure in the NBA, but now he isn’t able to keep up with the great ones like he used to be able to.
That’s just life for an aging veteran in the NBA. One day they’re on top of the league and the next, they’re getting sent to the floor by other superstars in the league.
Luckily for Miller, he’s hardly the first player that Paul has embarrassed in the league.
