FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup-February 6
High Salary PF
Anthony Davis-New Orleans Pelicans (10,400): “The Brow” has at least 55 fantasy points in each of his last two games and has over 40 in each of his last eight games that weren’t cut short due to injury. He may catch the Cavs short-handed in the front court with Kevin Love questionable for tonight. Davis is almost always a good play if he doesn’t leave early with an injury, and tonight should be no exception. ∗∗∗
Draymond Green-Golden State Warriors (9,200): Green has posted back-to-back triple-doubles of his own and had at least 50 fantasy points in each of those games. He fell just one assist short of a triple double there gams ago, and is right around that kind of production seemingly every night. Tonight, he’ll face the Thunder and likely have to play a heavy workload. Like when the Warriors hosted the Cavs and LeBron, Green will probably have to guard Durant tonight, but he seems to rise to the occasion in those kid of games and still produce nice offensive numbers as well. ∗∗∗∗
Derrick Favors-Utah Jazz (7,300): Favors has been in beast mode the last two games with a pair of double-doubles and over 38 fantasy points against the Nuggets and Bucks. Last night, he played 32 minutes against Milwaukee and finished with 11 points, 15 rebounds, and five blocks on his way to 42.5 fantasy points. He has totaled 15 blocks in his last five games and also chipped in good points and rebounds. Tonight, against the Suns, Favors should be able to keep things going and the only risk is the possibility of a blowout in Phoenix limiting his minutes. ∗∗∗
LaMarcus Aldridge-San Antonio Spurs (7,100): Aldridge had a double-double last night despite playing just 28 minutes finishing with 36 fantasy points. He has at least 35 fantasy points in four of his last five games and has been picking up the slack in the absence of fellow big-man Tim Duncan. Tonight against the Lakers, Aldridge should be primed for another big night since the Lakers interior defense isn’t very good. Aldridge missed the game against LA when the Spurs faced them a few weeks ago, but he should be set up for success tonight as long as he can avoid getting Popped. ∗∗∗∗
Thaddeus Young-Brooklyn Nets (6,400): The 76ers have allowed the third-most fantasy points in the NBA to opposing PF, so Thaddeus Young should be set up for another good game tonight as well. Young has posted back-to-back double-doubles with at least 14 rebounds and 30 fantasy points in each. Last night he had 42.3 fantasy points against the Kings adding seven assists to 14 points and 14 boards as well as a couple of steals. Young can go on nice runs, and he could be starting another one now and is in a good matchup to see it continue tonight. ∗∗∗∗
