During the pregame coverage of Super Bowl 50, David Letterman had the appearance of a hobo with a massive beard.

For years, David Letterman graced the airwaves with the hit Late Show with David Letterman which aired on CBS every weeknight. Letterman was always a big sports fanatic and was often seen at the biggest sporting events of the year.

Hailing from Indianapolis, Letterman has always supported Peyton Manning and the two are very good friends. Manning even showed up to the final show of Letterman’s career, which Letterman was very gracious and thankful for.

With Peyton Manning perhaps playing in the final game of his career at Super Bowl 50, Letterman took part in a video package on CBS to talk about the big game. Everyone was immediately drawn to Letterman’s appearance.

Since retiring, Letterman has grown a massive beard and he gave off the appearance of a hobo with his beard.

While Letterman is starting to get up there in years, the beard makes him look a lot older than he actually is and it doesn’t suit him as well. However, being retired up in the mountains of Montana almost stipulates a beard and it makes sense as to why Letterman would grow one.
