High Salary C

DeAndre Jordan-Los Angeles Clippers (7,800): Jordan is a solid option if you spend big at center but decide to pass on Boogie.  Jordan has at least 44 fantasy points in each of his last three games and has at least 15 rebounds in each of his last six.  Jordan has at least three blocks in each of his last three games as well and has been playing at a very high level.  Hassan Whiteside is back for Miami, but the Heat are closely monitoring his minutes and bringing him off the bench which should allow DJ to get the Super Bowl party started early in South Beach.

Hassan Whiteside-Miami Heat (7,400): Speaking of Whiteside, logging ten points, ten rebounds, and ten blocks is impressive whenever it happens, but to be able to reach those numbers in just 27 minutes is absolutely amazing.  That’s what Whiteside achieved on Friday in Charlotte totaling 46 fantasy points with his unique triple-double.  He will look to continue his dominant form today against the Clippers, and I like him a lot with my only hesitancy being his still-uncertain playing time. The Heat have been careful with him since his return from an oblique injury, but once he’s back in the lineup, he’ll be a great play. Starting-∗ Off the bench-

Nikola Jokic-Denver Nuggets (6,500): Jokic has at least 37 fantasy points in four of his last five games and in six of his last eight.  He had 14 points, 12 boards, three assists, and two blocks against the Bulls on Friday totaling 39.5 fantasy points in 26 minutes.  He has clearly emerged as the best center in Denver right now while Jusuf Nurkic continues to recover slowly.  Use Jokic tonight against the Knicks if you need an option in the low 6,000’s. ∗∗
