San Francisco is a team in serious flux with the presence of Chip Kelly, and some feel as if the Niners would be better suited taking a quarterback in this spot. However, Kelly seems poised to at least try Colin Kaepernick to begin the season, and he is young and talented enough to the point where San Francisco can pass on QB this early.

He stands at 6-foot-1 and 245 pounds with physical attributes that are simply off the charts, and Jack even flashed real ability as a ball-carrier during his time at UCLA. At this point, the tools outweigh the on-field impact, but the 49ers desperately need a linebacker to pair with NaVarro Bowman for the present, and Jack can serve as the centerpiece of Kelly’s defense for the foreseeable future.
