4. Largest Lead – OVER/UNDER 14.5 points

This time, we have to be looking to take the under. The defenses are very good and while Denver does not have much of an offense, it should be able to keep the game relatively close. The Broncos were blown out a few years ago in Super Bowl XLVIII by the Seattle Seahawks, but that was a totally different team without a defense. Carolina might be able to get up by 10 points, but stretching the lead any further than that is going to be tough.

If the Broncos can run the ball and keep Newton inside the pocket, this should never be much of an issue. If Newton gets outside and Denver is going three and out, yikes.

5. Peyton Manning passing yards – OVER/UNDER 235

Manning might be throwing a lot towards the end of this game, which is why this is a great, sneaky OVER bet. Manning might be terrible for most of the game, because frankly, he has been awful almost the entire season. Still, if Denver is trailing by a score or two in the second half, look for Manning to make the sky dark with footballs.

The Broncos are going to throw the ball to the outside in Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders, hoping to spring a big play or two. If Denver can get one, Manning has a chance to rack up some huge yardage in an instant and make this bet worth your while.
