High Salary Goalies

Braden Holtby – Washington Capitals ($8,500): Holtby has been slumping ever so slightly over his last ten games. He “only” has seven wins with a save percentage of .906 while averaging 4.3 fantasy points per game. Over the course of the season, he has 34 wins, a 2.12 GAA, and a .926 save percentage. Braden should get back on track tonight going against a Minnesota Wild team that has lost six straight and has had a ton of trouble scoring goals.

Corey Crawford – Chicago Blackhawks ($8,600): Crawford has been unbelievably stupendous this season for the Blackhawks but he has been even more so over his past ten games. The Chicago goalie has allowed just 16 goals in his last ten games with a save percentage of .946. Despite that, he has just a 7-3-0 record. On the season, Crawford has a league high seven shutouts with 31 wins and a .931 save percentage. Over his last ten games, he is averaging 6.3 fantasy points per game and over the season he is averaging 5.9 fantasy points per game.

High Value Goalies

John Gibson – Anaheim Ducks ($7,100): Gibson is a great option tonight because his team has been doing well as of late and he is going against one of the worst teams in the league in the Columbus Blue Jackets. Gibson has averaged 3.5 fantasy points over his last ten games while giving up 3.32 goals per game. Despite that, he has still won six of his last ten games because the Ducks are on fire.
