High Salary Centers

Anze Kopitar – Los Angeles Kings ($6,400): Kopitar is coming off a hat trick against the Rangers on Friday in the Kings 5-4 overtime win over them. That gives Anze three goals and nine assists for 12 points over his last 10 games. During that span, he also has 18 hits, 12 blocked shots, 119 face-off wins, and 26 shots on goal while averaging 4.9 fantasy hockey points per game. The Kings center goes against the Devils today and has 50 points in 54 games this season.

Pavel Datsyuk – Detroit Red Wings ($6,000): Datsyuk has nine goals and 21 assists for 30 points this season in 40 games for the Red Wings. Over his last ten games, Datsyuk has three goals and five assists for eight points with 93 face-off wins and 31 shots on goal. The Red Wings center goes today against the Boston Bruins who just played on Saturday and he averages 3.2 fantasy hockey points per game.

High Value Centers

J.T. Miller – New York Rangers ($4,500): Miller has 17 goals and 13 assists for 30 points with a plus-minus rating of +14 in 55 games played for the Rangers. J.T. has been on fire over his last ten games. He has eight goals with one assist for nine points and a plus-minus rating of +10 with 33 hits and 25 shots on goal while averaging 4.3 fantasy hockey points per game over that span.

Carl Soderberg – Colorado Avalanche ($4,900): Soderberg is a great value option tonight going against the Sabres who rank 25th against centers this season. Carl has two goals and six assists for eight points with 44 face-off wins over his last ten games and has 41 points in 58 games this season. He averages 3.0 fantasy hockey points per game.

Brayden Schenn – Philadelphia Flyers ($4,200): Schenn has quietly been doing very well lately for the Flyers and he goes against a team that has struggled against centers this season in the Rangers. He has five goals and three assists for eight points over his last ten games while averaging 3.2 fantasy hockey points per game during that span.
