DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy hockey lineup February 15th
High Salary Centers
Sidney Crosby – Pittsburgh Penguins ($8,100): Crosby is an evening option for you tonight as he goes against the Florida Panthers tonight at 7:30 PM. He has been held scoreless in his last two games but he still has 17 points over his last ten games. Crosby has six points in his two games against Florida this season and has 18 points in 26 games on the road. He averages 4.1 fantasy hockey points per game.
Ryan Getzlaf – Anaheim Ducks ($5,800): Getzlaf has been a huge reason for the Ducks recent turnaround. He has 42 points in 50 games this season. 14 of those points (three goals and 11 assists) have come over his last ten games. Getzlaf also has a plus-minus rating of +11 and 71 face-off wins over his last ten games. Ryan has averaged 4.1 fantasy hockey points per game over that time and goes today (at 4:00 PM) against the Flames.
Also consider Tyler Seguin of the Dallas Stars if he is playing today (cut in the face by a skate last game).
High Value Centers
Alex Galchenyuk – Montreal Canadiens ($4,500): Galchenyuk has been playing quite well over his last ten games. He has struggled for a while but he has four goals and three assists for seven points with 36 shots on goal during that span while averaging 3.7 fantasy hockey points per game. The Canadiens center goes tonight against the Coyotes who have struggled against centers.
Ryan Kesler – Anaheim Ducks ($5,000): Kesler isn’t known for his scoring, but he has been red hot lately with three goals and six assists for nine points over his last ten games. He also has 24 hits, 40 shots on goal, and 132 face-off wins. Ryan has averaged 4.8 fantasy points per game during his last ten games and goes today against the Flames.
Vincent Trocheck – Florida Panthers ($4,900): Trocheck has been an underrated fantasy option this season with 17 goals and 18 assists for 35 points. Over his last ten games, Trocheck has five goals and six assists for 11 points with 22 hits, 31 shots on goal, and 72 face-off wins while averaging 4.5 fantasy hockey points per game.
