John Wall makes sick behind-the-back layup (Video)
Washington Wizards guard John Wall faked out Utah Jazz defenders with a behind-the-back layup.
The NBA returned from the All-Star Break on Thursday, and the first game on tap was a rescheduled game between the Utah Jazz and the Washington Wizard, which was postponed after the massive blizzard that hit the area recently.
While the league was just firing up the engines on the final stretch of the season on Thursday, John Wall’s engine was a full go as he made another impressive play on Jazz defenders.
As Wall drove toward the hoop, he used his speed to work his way past the Jazz defense and then he capped it off with a sick behind-the-back layup.
Wall showing off his insane athleticism is hardly anything new, but the behind-the-back layup is incredible. The things that Wall can do at full acceleration is what makes him one of the most exciting point guards in the league.
The Wizards aren’t off to the start that they would like this season, but they’re hoping they can finally get it going over the last couple of months, as they try to make a playoff run. As long as Wall is leading the charge, they will have a great chance.
