Jamal Crawford-Los Angeles Clippers (5,100): Crawford had 19 points and six assists against the Spurs two days ago, but he also turned the ball over an uncharacteristic seven times which limited him to 28.5 fantasy points. Crawford has scored at least 18 points in each of his last seven games and has posted over 30 fantasy points in five of his last seven contests. He should continue to get a few extra minutes each night due to the absence of Austin Rivers, so look for Crawford to be part of the small-ball unit the Clippers use to try to keep up with Golden State. ∗∗∗∗

Zach LaVine-Minnesota Timberwolves (5,300): The T-Wolves slid the dunk contest champion Zach LaVine into their starting lineup last night against Memphis with Wiggins sliding to SF and Tayshaun Prince deposed to the bench. LaVine scored 22 points in his 26 minutes but didn’t add much else with two rebounds and a steal but no assists and four turnovers. He did manage to produce 26.5 fantasy points which gives him at least 21 fantasy points in each of his last ten games with several nice spikes during that span as well when he’s been more involved. It’s clear Minnesota is looking to get him the playing time he needs to excel and I like him tonight against the Knicks especially if he draws another start. If starting-∗∗∗∗ Off the bench-∗∗

Gerald Green-Miami Heat (3,800): Green stepped up last night for Miami in their win in Atlanta, and he’ll likely be called upon again tonight with Dwyane Wade listed as doubtful against the Wizards. Green played 37 minutes last night and finished with 14 points, five rebounds, two steals, and two assists on his way to 28.25 fantasy points. Green was very productive earlier this season before being derailed by injury, but it appears the extra rest has been good for him, and he’s ready to return to relevancy for fantasy basketball. As long as Wade is out, he’ll almost certainly be worth his rock-bottom bargain price. ∗∗∗∗∗
