High Salary SG

DeMar DeRozan-Toronto Raptors (8,200): DeRozan has at least 22 points in seven of his last eight games and continues to be one of the best scoring SG in the NBA even though he doesn’t get a lot of hype playing North of the border.  DeRozan had 32.3 fantasy points against Chicago on Friday, and he’s a solid pick to produce another good game tonight against the Grizz. DeRozan has posted at least 29 fantasy points in eight straight and can go off for over 40 as he has in two of his last four contests. ∗∗

Nicolas Batum-Charlotte Hornets (6,800): Batum didn’t have a big start to the second half with a disappointing 22 fantasy points against the Bucks on seven points, five rebounds, two assists, two steals, and three blocks.  He rolled into the break with big games against the Heat, Wizards, and Bulls in which he scored over 40 fantasy points and will look to return to that level tonight in a great matchup against the Nets.  Brooklyn has allowed the second-most fantasy points in the NBA to opposing SG so far this season. He’ll have to adjust to Courtney Lee joining the lineup, but ultimately he should be able to put together a much getter line than in his first post-All Star break performance. ∗∗

Monta Ellis-Indiana Pacers (6,300): Ellis led the Pacers to a big road win on Friday over OKC pouring in 27 points to go with three assists, three steals, and two rebounds on his way to 37.9 fantasy points. Ellis has been inconsistent this year with some huge games mixed together with some underwhelming performances.  He should be set up for success against the Magic tonight in a good matchup of Eastern Conference teams.
