DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy hockey lineup February 22
High Salary Goalies
Brian Elliott – St. Louis Blues ($8,400): Elliott is coming off a rough outing but he should rebound tonight against the Sharks. He has a .931 save percentage, a 2.06 GAA, and 17 wins in 33 appearances (29 starts). Over his last 10 outings, he has seven wins, a 1.69 GAA, and a .941 save percentage. Elliott averages 4.8 fantasy hockey points per game (including 6.1 per game over his last 10 games).
Braden Holtby – Washington Capitals ($8,600): Holtby has been a bit cold as of late but he should have a great game tonight against the struggling Coyotes. Over his last 10 games, his save percentage is below .900 and he has allowed three goals per game. However, he still has seven wins because the Capitals are bailing him out for once. It’s usually the other way around. The Capitals netminder averages 5.3 fantasy hockey points per game.
Tuukka Rask – Boston Bruins ($8,100): Rask has a .915 save percentage and has allowed 2.60 goals per game with 22 wins in 45 appearances (43 starts) this season. He should have a great game tonight against the Blue Jackets who are 24th against goalies this season. Over his last 10 games, Rask has struggled. He has allowed 3.17 goals per game. That said, he should be a strong option tonight. He averages 4.6 fantasy hockey points per game.
High Value Goalies
Pekka Rinne – Nashville Predators ($7,500): Rinne has a .903 save percentage and has allowed 2.56 goals per game with a 21-18-9 record in 49 starts this season. He goes tonight against the struggling Canadiens. Over his last 10 games, he has a .901 save percentage. Rinne averages 3.6 fantasy hockey points per game.
