High Value PF

Jabari Parker-Milwaukee Bucks (5,500): Parker played a bananas 51 minutes on Saturday against Atlanta and finished with a straight-up impressive 28 points, 13 rebounds, and 46.6 fantasy points. He now has at least 30 fantasy points in three straight games and should be able to continue that success tonight against the weak interior defense of the Lakers if he isn’t slowed by fatigue after such a heavy workload on Saturday.

Tristan Thompson-Cleveland Cavaliers (5,100): Another nice option in the 5K’s at PF is Tristan Thompson who is actually starting at center right now for the Cavs and will have his hands full with Andre Drummond tonight.  Thompson has been rolling lately with three straight double-doubles and over 34 fantasy points in each of those three games. Foul trouble could be a concern since so much of Detroit’s offense involves Drummond, but if Thompson can stay on the floor he’s a good value at just over 5K.

Mirza Teletovic-Phoenix Suns (4,100): As if injury and a coaching change hadn’t muddied the rotation in Phoenix enough, the trade of Markieff Morris even further confused the roles and responsibilities at PF for the Suns.  Teletovic has scored 14 points or more in six straight games and has at least 22 fantasy points in each of his last three games which makes him a solid value at just over 4k. Teletovic has the potential to go off in any game, and his high ceiling makes him the option that I like the most from the Phoenix PF mess even though Kris Humphries got the start yesterday against the Spurs.

Jon Leuer-Phoenix Suns (3,900): Leuer is another option you could take a flier on tonight against the Clippers although Humphries and Teletovic got more minutes the last two games.  He still had solid production with 27.2 and 28.4 fantasy points against the Spurs and Rockets, but unless he gets 30 minutes or so he’ll be hard to trust on a nightly basis. Leuer has huge upside at under 4K, but the uncertain playing time especially against a small-balling Clippers team makes him high-risk.
