High Value C

Robin Lopez-New York Knicks (5,600): Lopez has been a regular option in my high value centers, but his recent run of production has caused his price to rise to almost 6K.  RoLo had 21 points and 13 boards against the Raptors on Monday after 26 points and 16 boards against the T-Wolves. He has over 40 fantasy points in four of his last eight games, but he’s still a boom-or-bust play since he tends to be inconsistent.  He has huge upside, so roll the dice if you think he’ll have another good game tonight against the Pacers. ∗∗

Nikola Jokic-Denver Nuggets (5,600): Jokic is a high-risk, high-reward option against the Clippers tonight as evidenced by his last few games.  Against the Kings, he ended up with just four minutes while battling foul trouble and finished with just 0.75 fantasy points. Since then, though, Jokic posted 49.25 fantasy points against the Celtics and a solid 43.25 fantasy points against the Kings last night totaling 13 points and 13 rebounds to go with six assists and two steals in just 20 minutes.  Jokic should find success against the Clippers tonight, but he remains high risk since sometimes his production in non-existent.

Andrew Bogut-Golden State Warriors (4,800): The Warriors will probably have to play Bogut against Whiteside for a while tonight and they remain thin up front without Festus Ezeli coming off the bench.  Bogut played 29 minutes in his return to the court after missing a game and a half with an Achilles’ injury, and he looked good against Atlanta with 11 boards, five blocks, four assists, and a steal to go with three points. He had over 28 fantasy points for the third time in his last four games, and if he is able to go at full strength tonight he should be a nice value.
